Allowing critical knowledge and feedback to better guide our developments.ACT provides high end products through years of experience and offers qualified advice and services tailored to fit the professional client’s needs.Understanding that all customer requirements differ has allowed ACT provide customer specific solution within a short reaction time, solving the most difficult of challenges faced by our customer.We ask all our employees to embrace these philosophies in their approach to work.Role Summary/Purpose:We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Team Leader & Shipping Specialist to support daily warehouse operations and manage outbound shipping activities.This role combines operational coordination with responsibility for shipment preparation, export documentation, and courier management. The successful candidate will work closely with the Team Leader to ensure efficient, accurate, and compliant shipping processes.Essential Responsibilities:Tasks will include (but are not limited to) the following:Shipping & Export Coordination
  • Prepare and manage outbound shipments in ERP (Odoo)
  • Create commercial invoices and shipping documentation
  • Book couriers and freight forwarders
  • Ensure accurate shipment data (quantities, serial numbers, values)
  • Coordinate EU and international shipments
  • Monitor shipment tracking and resolve shipping issues
Operational Support
  • Support daily warehouse operations
  • Assist in coordinating workload when required
  • Ensure shipments are prepared according to company standards
  • Support receiving and picking activities during peak periods
Compliance & Process Adherence
  • Follow internal shipping and packaging procedures
  • Ensure documentation accuracy prior to dispatch
  • Escalate exceptional cases when required
  • Maintain organized and safe working environment
Essential or Desirable Skills and Experience
  • 3+ years’ experience in shipping, freight forwarding, or warehouse logistics
  • Experience with export documentation and international shipping
  • Knowledge of Incoterms and commercial invoice preparation
  • ERP experience (Odoo preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a structured operational environment
  • Good communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid EU work authorization / eligible to work in Luxembourg
