  • You will manage and advise on various corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
  • You will draft, review, and negotiate a wide array of corporate documents, including SPAs, shareholder agreements, and related transactional documents.
  • You will maintain direct contact with clients and coordinate with international teams to deliver seamless solutions.
  • You will handle legal due diligence processes effectively, providing comprehensive and strategic advice.
Profile and Career Path | Associate M&A – Law – Lawyer - Legal
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in Corporate M&A within a reputable law firm.
  • You speak English fluently; proficiency in French or German would be considered an asset.
  • You are proactive, analytical, and demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively engage with international clients.
  • You appreciate working autonomously while benefiting from a supportive and highly experienced team
