We are currently hiring an Infrastructure Engineer to strengthen our team within a prestigious European Institution.
Your Missions
  • Administer and monitor the Email infrastructure (Microsoft Exchange & MobileIron).
  • Perform system upgrades, apply security patches and ensure compliance with IT security standards.
  • Manage user mailboxes, functional mailboxes and distribution lists.
  • Contribute to the functional evolution of the email services by implementing improvements and changes in line with the Court's IT strategy.
  • Document configuration procedures, manage SOPs and maintain technical documentation up to date.
  • Participate in the change management process and support interventions during extended working hours when necessary.
  • Ensure email service continuity in alignment with the agreed SLA and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Your profile
Technical Skills:
  • Proficient with Microsoft Exchange administration (on-prem).
  • Experience with Mobile Device Management tools, particularly MobileIron.
  • Strong scripting skills (PowerShell) for automation of administration tasks.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, F5 and email security (spam filtering (IMSVA, encryption).
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (JIRA) and CMDB practices.
  • Fluent in English (C2) and/or fluent in French (C2)
  • 1 year of experience for Junior profile or 6 years of experience for Senior profile, in a similar position
