Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.Join a dynamic, fast-moving team where your voice matters, your ideas count, and your impact is real.Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ManagementManage and oversee the financial operations of two entities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.Supervise and review the general accounting carried out by your team, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg GAAP.Prepare consolidated financial statements and individual reports for each entity.Oversee VAT filings, annual tax returns, and other statutory obligations.Handle day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury management, and reconciliation processes.Budgeting & Strategic AdvisoryDevelop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.Present detailed financial analysis and insights to the CEO to support strategic decision-making.Provide strategic advice on cost management, revenue opportunities, and financial planning.Identify and mitigate financial risks, ensuring alignment of financial goals with business objectives.Client & Stakeholder Relationship ManagementEngage regularly and proactively with clients to build enduring, trust-based relationships.Anticipate and meet clients’ needs, becoming their preferred point of contact.Maintain strong relationships with banks, suppliers, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.Team Leadership & Process ImprovementTrain, motivate, coordinate, and develop the accounting and corporate team.Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures.Be involved in improving internal workflows and digital processes to enhance efficiency.Participate in acquiring new clients.Your Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree or related qualification in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of professional experience in a fiduciary or similar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Luxembourg GAAP and local regulatory/tax requirements.
  • Fluency in English and French; any additional language is an asset.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to train, inspire, and manage a team.
  • High level of autonomy, strong organizational skills, and a methodical approach.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong client relationships.
