Junior HR & Payroll Officer (M/F/X)

• Manage HR administrative tasks such as employment contracts, amendments, and related documentation
• Maintain and update employee records in HR systems (e.g. SAP HR)
• Support absence tracking and ensure data accuracy
• Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
• Coordinate administrative processes such as medical check-ups
• Review and validate expense claims in line with internal policies
• Monitor reimbursements and ensure proper follow-up
• Manage corporate credit cards (requests, activation, monitoring, closure)
• Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying relevant data
• Contribute to various HR projects and administrative improvements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• First experience in HR administration, payroll, or expense management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage priorities effectively
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and international environment
• Discretion and respect for confidentiality
• Good knowledge of MS Office and HR tools (SAP HR is an advantage)
• Basic understanding of Luxembourg labor, tax, and social security regulations
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
