Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, maintain and enforce processes and controls to assure accurate financial
data * Review of the financial data through various models and metrics
  • Coordinate, assembly and review of Blackstone deliverables
  • Develop and improve existing models and metrics, while building and introducing new
analytical tools that enhance insight and efficiency in the review process (ex. Power BI and Excel) * Identification of the process gaps and setting up new operation processes
  • Maintain integrity of the accounting system; Explore accounting system to ease the review
of the financial information * Plan and coordinate quarterly/yearly financial reporting
  • Collaborate with all departments, across the company to build and/or enhance
reporting needs as necessary * Ad hoc project work
Qualifications:What You Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor’s/Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years’ accounting/finance experience with a major accounting framework (IFRS, LUX GAAP)
  • Fluent in English - any other major European languages are an advantage
  • Solid understanding of Accounting, Consolidations and Reporting. Real estate experience is considered as an advantage
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Power BI or similar applications
  • Ability to thrive in a growth environment, adapt to changing circumstances and work autonomously
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Able to priorities on a daily basis and managing several competing deadlines
  • A self-starter who is able to prioritize and manage multiple assignments, take initiative, and work independently
  • An analytical, creative thinker who can focus on the details without losing sight of the big picture
