The diversity of our talents is what makes our work environment multicultural, innovative and highly rewarding.About the Role:For our Ferrero HQ in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Demand Planner French Islands who will report professionally to the Demand Planning CEWA & French Islands Manager.Main Responsibilities:In this role you will lead demand planning activities for French Islands area to ensure product versus demand availability to achieve optimum stock levels and freshness.You will be the focal point for customers and communicate KPIs to improve the distributors' performance on a regular basis.Moreover, you will identify and support incremental business opportunities where possible while anticipating any potential risks for the business to all stakeholders involved.As the Demand Planner for French Islands, you will coordinate seasonal activities such as ordering and deliveries on time to distributors.Overall, you will manage the upload of the operative planning in SAP on a weekly basis.Who we are looking for:You will bring your university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or Business Administration and 2 to 3 years of experience in Planning within international organizations of FMCG industry.Thanks to your language proficiency in both English and French you will be able to communicate with key business stakeholders and customers effectively and efficiently. Given the dynamic nature of the area under your scope, your adaptability and effective communication skills will play an important role in interacting with various functions and levels within the organization.Valuable skills include a strong command of MS Office, specifically in Excel and PowerPoint, and familiarity with Distributor Planning System Tools. Moreover, your knowledge of PowerBI and BW reporting will help you enhance your analytical capabilities for data-driven decision-making. Additional assets include a background in Project Management and Supply Chain, as well as proficiency in Logistic Planning and Stock Management, complemented by a solid understanding of SAP/APO systems.You are a professional well known for your advanced analytical skills as well as influencing skills; you can effectively communicate and interact with people of different backgrounds, roles, and hierarchical levels.You are customer and team oriented; you are flexible, open-minded and you enjoy working in challenging, volatile, and diverse work environments!Does this sound like you?
