Senior Relationship Manager – Modern AIFM, Small TeamOur partner is a small AIFM, highly specialized in servicing alternative investment funds. For the past decade, the structure has been able to build a great reputation for itself in Luxembourg and it is in the context of its growth that we are currently looking for a Senior Relationship Manager.The values of the company are geared towards offering an environment in which everyone is able to find satisfaction and come to work with a smile. Furthermore, overtime is very rare in this PFS so you will not feel overworked or stressed.Your Responsibilities | Relationship manager – Portfolio management – AIFM – AIF - Funds
  • You are actively involved in the end-to-end management of investment processes, by gathering documentation from distributors and fund managers, questionnaires, subscriptions, and making sure that they follow regulatory requirements.
  • You liaise with investors and fund managers of course, but also with third parties such as the Risk, Compliance and Finance team, but also auditors.
  • You prepare monthly KPIs
  • You will also prepare and draft certain documentation such as investment committee minutes (as you also assist in preparing the investment committees themselves), transaction monitoring forms, investment memoranda and reportings to the Board.
  • You will be exposed to illiquid assets, mainly in Private Debt, Private Equity and Real Estate.
  • You will work closely with another Senior and your Manager to ensure everything advancesq smoothly.

  • We are looking for a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar position, ideally as Client relationship manager or portfolio manager, in Luxembourg. We are ideally seeking a candidate with experience in an AIFM, Bank or PFS.
  • Knowledge of the local Fund Industry and regulatory requirements is a must.
  • Fluency in English is required to communicate effectively with investors and relevant third parties. French is an additional plus.
  • You are seeking a position within a dynamic and experienced team to deepen your own knowledge and build up a strong collaboration in a long-term vision.
