- Client servicing through means of an in-depth knowledge of client files, client communication and internal procedures:
- Draft/review of legal documentation in terms of incorporation of companies, day-to-day operations, liquidation
- Monitor the various steps of the transactions, ensure adherence at all times with Luxembourg law as well as internal Vistra processes
- Debt collection of outstanding Vistra invoices
- Coordinate with central operations team to resolve issues concerning taxes, administration and banking of client companies
- Detect possible corporate and tax issues
- Handle client requests regarding transactions/statutory and outflow
- Work in close collaboration with team members, law firms, auditors, tax advisors and other relevant parties
- Organise the preparation shareholder and board meetings together with the Accountants and Corporate Secretarial Assistants
- Maintain communication with clients, including the planning of the Corporate Calendar
- Monitor completeness of client files
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Luxembourg market/regulations (legal, tax, accounting, reporting, market developments)
- Take up directorship mandates in client's companies, if requested
- Take up client payroll, if requested
- Collect KYC documentation (as required)
- Record the working hours/client in the time billing system according to the objectives set
- Share your knowledge and experience with your direct colleagues; Corporate Counsels and Corporate Secretarial Assistants
- Coach and review the work of the (Associate) Corporate Counsels within your team
- Be a buddy for new joiners in the team, in order to train and guide them
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties including lawyers, bankers, tax advisors and notaries
- Be a team player and be supportive towards your colleagues
- Take initiative by proactively following up on daily matters
- Anticipate potential queries and issues. Address these queries in a timely manner by informing the responsible Senior Manager, Accountant and/or Relationship Manager
- Be a role model to less senior colleagues in terms of professionalism and behaviour
- Ensure that client deadlines are met
- Adhere to internal procedures at all times
- Build up an in-depth knowledge of your portfolio of clients, i.e. background, purpose and structure
- Strong knowledge of Luxembourg regulation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with a professional services firm
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to solve problems, work independently and as a member of a team
- Law Economics or Tax Degree
