- Work on research projects in machine learning and related fields to create highly innovative customer experiences;- Write highly optimised production-ready code to maximize throughput and latency for high volume traffic.- Analyze large amounts of data to discover patterns, find opportunities, and develop highly innovative, scalable algorithms to seize these opportunities;- Validate models via statistically rigorous experiments across millions of customers;- Work closely with software engineering teams to build scalable prototypes for testing, and integrate successful models and algorithms in production systems at very large scale;- Use machine learning and analytical techniques to create scalable solutions for business problems.- Analyze and extract relevant information from large amounts of historical business data to help automate and optimize key processes.- Design, development, and evaluation of highly innovative models for predictive learning.- Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large scale data analyses, model development, model validation, and model implementation.- Research and implement novel machine learning and statistical approaches.- Work closely with data & software engineering teams to build model implementations and integrate successful models and algorithms in production systems at very large scale.A day in the life

- Master's degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, machine learning or equivalent quantitative field
- Experience developing machine learning models for natural language processingPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience implementing algorithms using both toolkits and self-developed code
- Have publications at top-tier peer-reviewed conferences or journals
