Job Description🚨 The recruitment agency of ManpowerGroup is recruiting, for one of its clients, a global leader in the automotive industry, an Industrial Maintenance Technician (m/f/x) for permanent position.As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the reliability, availability, and efficiency of production and facility equipment.Your main tasks will include:
  • Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment
  • Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and/or electrical breakdowns
  • Ensuring continuous availability of machines and systems
  • Supporting process and equipment improvements
  • Contributing to the safety and reliability of production operations
Your profile:
  • Degree in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or industrial maintenance
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in an industrial environment (automotive experience is an asset, but not mandatory)
  • Proven expertise in industrial mechanics and/or electrotechnics; welding knowledge is a plus
  • Willingness to work in a 4x8 shift rotation (night and weekend bonuses provided)
  • Fluent in English; French or German is considered a strong asset
  • Autonomous, motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A personal car is required to access the site
