Our client is a private investment firm across Europe. The firm provides private capital solutions to small and mid-cap companies in real estate, infrastructure, hard assets, and financial markets. Its strategy focuses on underappreciated, non-core, and asset-rich sectors, delivering tailored financial structures to businesses with limited access to traditional funding channels.As an Accountant SPV, you will join a collaborative and international team in Luxembourg and take ownership of the day-to-day accounting and reporting of Luxembourg-based Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs).You will be responsible for the following:Managing the daily accounting for multiple Luxembourg SPVs, including monthly and quarterly closings.Assisting in the preparation of statutory financial statements under Lux GAAP.Supporting the year-end reporting process to local authorities via ECDF.Helping prepare VAT returns and annual tax declarations for SPVs.Reconciling cash transactions and intercompany accounts.Monitoring bank accounts and Debt Service Accounts of the borrowers.Overseeing invoice tracking and executing payments and internal recharges.Assisting in the monthly preparation of interest statements for borrowers.Your Profile as an Accountant SPVDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Between 2 and 4 years of experience in accounting or corporate services in Luxembourg.Strong knowledge of Lux GAAP is essential, along with direct experience working with SPVs and holdings (fund experience is not required).Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.Able to integrate quickly, take ownership, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
