  • Within a small and dynamic team, you’ll be working on the day-to-day continuous improvement of state-of-the-art software stack and quickly become an internal expert/reference. Your main tasks will include:
  • Participate to – or lead – various projects, aiming at improving our customer experience, making our processes flow, or generate new businesses.
  • As our Business Software expert, you will be the first point of contact for internal support and training.
  • Be a driver of our digitalization
  • Work on strategic IT projects to meet business and technological needs - Ensuring the design & implementation are both efficient and performant
Softwares include: Netsuite, Pipedrive, Aircall, Front, Workato, a webshop, …Your Profile
  • You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree (or equivalent experience);
  • First experience in consulting, IT, project management or business analysis would be an asset
  • You are fluent in French and English
  • Digital is you DNA
  • You are an analytical person and like to think end-to-end
  • You would rather find solutions than highlight problems
  • You are hands-on and polyvalent – a key quality within a small-scale / high growth company
  • You don’t have all the above skills but are definitely a nice person willing to acquire them.
