  • Support the Corporate Communications team in managing communication channels
  • Assist with overall internal communication activities
  • Upload content onto the corporate intranet, ensuring all sections are up to date
  • Draft and edit intranet news items for the daily newsfeed
  • Monitor and analyse web statistics (e.g. page views etc.)
  • Create content (visuals, videos, podcasts) to accompany internal communication campaigns
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders from all departments.
  • Support the corporate and event team in developing external and internal VIP events for the bank's 170th anniversary
Your skills:
  • You take initiative, are organized and can adapt easily to new environments.
  • You enjoy writing and are skilled at it.
  • Fluent in french, you are proficient in English and can work in an English-speaking environment.
  • You are studying in an applicable field including but not limited to journalism, creative writing, communications, marketing and/or public relations
  • You have experience using applications like Canva, Visme, iMovie, Adobe Creative Suite, or any related to video production and graphic design, even if just for personal use. If not, you are willing to learn.
