Job DescriptionYour Responsibilities

Managing autonomously your own portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles (Soparfis in the area of Real Estate)
Organizing board and shareholders´ meetings
Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents
Supporting and guiding junior team members in their daily work
Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements
Acting as a key point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders
Providing ongoing legal and corporate services to your client portfolio
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Staying informed about legal and regulatory developments in Luxembourg
Participating in cross-departmental projects (e.g. transfer pricing, DAC 6

Your Profile

You have at least 5 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer or in a similar position in Luxembourg
You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law and governance framework
Your style of working is characterized by diligence, reliability and respect of confidentiality
You demonstrate analytical and conceptual intellectual power, problem-solving, flexibility and strong communication skills
You are a team player with a proven ability to build relationships at all levels and to mentor team members
You have a perfect command of German and English
