  • Review employees' expenses in compliance with best practices and local expenses policies
  • Bring significant issues to the attention of the Statutory Accounting Manager.
  • Process employees' expenses in gT&E.
  • Preparation of expenses payments.
  • Make sure employees' expenses are paid every 2 weeks and hold payment if mandatory receipts or approvals are not granted.
  • Ensure proactively all transactions are well recorded in our accounting system in due time.
  • Book payrolls into the accounting system in accordance with details provided by the external provider.
  • Manage payments via WebBanking tool and reconcile with the accounting system.
  • Input of supplier invoices and credit note information in the internal database for approval purposes and registration in the accounting system.
  • Assist the Statutory Accounting Manager and the Financial Controllers in monthly closing and in year-end closing activities
  • Takes part to ad hoc statutory accounting working groups
  • Proactively identification of issues

  • Qualifications: eligibility requirements include the following:
  • Bachelor's degree, IEP, Bac +3, college education in accounting.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Organizational, verbal and written communication skills a must
  • Attention to detail and ability to multi-tasking is an asset
  • Fluent in English and French. Any other language will be considered as an asset
  • Stress resistant, pro-active, reliable and self-organized individual
