Business Process Designer (f/m/d)

• Provide overall project management coordination and planning of business process design and implementation, lead Process standardization & process improvement projects
• Establish and operate the information system necessary for effective business process management
• Facilitate the Global Process Owner organization throughout Plansee / Ceratizit Group, establish and maintain Global Process Owner, Process Owner, Key User network
• Ensure overall process logic, foster process thinking end to end throughout the organization. trigger knowledge transfer, harmonize and standardize processes globally throughout the organization
• Review processes, monitor interdependencies and ensure successful lean process design, support the organization with process documentation
• Identify harmonization potential of processes across divisions using Data-Driven process mining tools ( Celonis, SAP Signavio, etc)
• Identify training needs, design and provide process modelling training (BPMN 2.0)

• Degree in: Quality Management, Economics or related discipline
• Strong critical thinking and strategic planning skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional environment, drive complex initiatives, self-driven & proactive mindset
• Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
• Excellent working knowledge using MS Office and data management software. Experience with Process mining tool and SAP S4 Hana would be considered as plus, BPMN 2.0 & Process management knowledge is an asset.
• Flexibility to travel across projects in Europe
• Ideally 2-5 years of work experience
• Advanced English is a must, French and / or German considered as plus
