IT Test Manager vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.Your tasks:
  • Define, plan, and implement test strategies and approaches for IT projects and change requests
  • Coordinate test preparation and execution including SIT, UAT, and regression cycles
  • Manage test environments, test data, and facilitate effective collaboration across IT operations and stakeholders
  • Track and report test execution, issues, and ensure high-quality handover of test cases to regression portfolios
  • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and maintain traceability between requirements, test cases, and defects
Your experience/knowledge:
  • University degree in a relevant field and/or at least 9 years of experience as a test manager within IT and finance
  • ISTQB certification (minimum foundation level)
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end testing for large-scale core banking system upgrades or migrations (e.g. Temenos T24/Transact)
  • Proficiency with JIRA, X-ray, and CI/CD pipeline integration for testing
  • Language skills: fluent English
