- Co-design and deliver HR solutions in areas such as:
- HR & Organisational effectiveness assessment
- HR process & policy design or improvement
- Compensation & Benefits
- Talent & Performance Management
- Learning & Development
- Work closely with HR and leadership teams to identify core challenges and deliver fit-for-purpose analyses, recommendations and solutions.
- Drive project delivery, track progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables are produced within agreed timelines, helping us build and maintain strong, trust-based client relationships.
- Keep up with the latest HR trends and practices and actively share knowledge within the team.
- Contribute to the team's visibility and thought leadership, both locally and within the BDO global community.
- A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field.
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in an HR & Organisational consulting role
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong appetite for continuous learning and development.
- Demonstrated business development acumen, including the ability to identify client needs, shape tailored solutions and contribute to the growth of our services.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative attitude and the ability to build trusted relationships both internally and externally.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a structured and rigorous approach.
- A high level of autonomy and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Solid command of MS Office, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS tools is a definite asset.
- Fluency in French and English is essential; German is considered an advantage.
