GLOBAL CUSTODY - PROJECT MANAGER (M/F/D)

• Contribute to the implementation of the Global Custody (GC) client onboarding project.

• Coordinate or engage in regular project conference calls/meetings with clients and various internal and external stakeholders.

• Conduct a thorough gap analysis of client requirements to design the operational model in alignment with the client operating model.

• Collaborate with the business change management team to address any deviations.

• Oversee the review of the GC Operating Memorandum and other operational documentation with clients, such as FX and Corporate actions.

• Foster a close and well-structured relationship with the GC Luxembourg teams, ensuring operational setups and flows are accurate for a smooth transition to business as usual, while also mitigating underlying risks.

• Collaborate with other members of project and operational teams (Business Implementation, Banking operations, Hub services in Lisbon and Chennai, Network teams) to address cross-functional topics, setups, and dependencies.

• Ensure timely and thorough follow-up on all actions and logs, providing regular feedback to Banking Services management.

• Good knowledge of the Luxembourg Fund industry and Fund Administration process

• Proven experience in project management within the investment fund industry and having a minimum of 5 years of experience in Global Custody activities

• Experience in client facing and good negotiation skills

• Ability to work accurately under pressure within tight deadlines

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Master Excel, Change management and Financial applications (Bloomberg, etc.))

• Language: French / English / German
