  • You will work closely with clients, advising them on all banking and finance law issues.
  • Drafting and negotiating a wide range of contracts and agreements will be a key part of your daily responsibilities.
  • You may also assist clients with financial operations such as bond issuances, loans, or acquisitions.
  • As a senior lawyer, you will be expected to contribute to the distribution of work among junior team members.
  • You will collaborate with other teams within the firm and potentially with international colleagues, ensuring comprehensive advice for your clients.
Profile and Career Path | Law – Attorney – Regulatory – Banking – Finance
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a banking and finance lawyer in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in English, with additional languages such as French or German being a plus.
  • You are well-organized, proactive, and able to manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills allow you to build and maintain excellent relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

  • You will earn a competitive salary up to €140,000 gross per year, based on your experience and skills.
