We're looking for a process and quality specialist to:
  • be point-of-entry contact for queries about regulations, processes, tools and risk
  • organize and conduct training for new tools and processes to improve quality and enablement
  • monitor risk reports, flag relevant issues to the team and escalate if necessary
  • collaborate closely with client advisors, assistants and the desk head, as well as various other internal departments

UBS RecruitingYour teamYou'll be working in the PQS team in Luxembourg. The team supports client advisors, assistants and the desk head. As a process and quality specialist, you'll play an important role in seeing that the team is up to date when it comes to risk, processes and tool knowledge. Our combined efforts help manage, preserve and grow the wealth of our clients, through strong partnership at every stage of their journey.Your expertise
  • financial services experience, ideally within a client facing team or dealing with risk topics
  • excellent knowledge of wealth management offerings, products and processes
  • disciplined, with a focus on details and standards
  • good written and verbal communication skills (you'll be facilitating training)
  • fluent in English. French and/or German are an asset.
