Transfer Agent Manager – Meritocratic PSF, International ExposureWe are currently supporting a fast-growing and reputable PSF located in the heart of Luxembourg in their search for an experienced Transfer Agent Manager. With a team of around 60 to 70 professionals and ongoing expansion, you will evolve in a dynamic structure that values initiative, accountability, and expertise.Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agency – Fund Services – Management
  • Supervise and manage a team of Transfer Agents, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all TA operations (subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, shareholder register maintenance, etc.).
  • Monitor internal processes and coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (including AML/KYC).
  • Act as a main point of contact for key clients and support the development of strong, trust-based relationships.
  • Take part in internal projects and propose improvements for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure the team meets performance standards and regulatory deadlines, providing guidance and coaching where needed.
Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agency – Fund Services – Management
  • You have at least 7 years of experience in a Transfer Agency, with prior management experience.
  • You are fluent in English; French is considered a strong asset.
  • You know about AIF structures and AML/KYC compliance matters.
  • You have excellent communication and leadership skills, with a problem-solving mindset and high attention to detail.
  • You are looking for a long-term opportunity within a growing and structured PSF.
