- Manage the complete inventory of IT equipment (workstations, peripherals, telephones, servers, etc.) and software licences.
- Be responsible for tracking the life cycle of assets (acquisition, deployment, maintenance, replacement, retirement).
- Ensure compliance with licences and maintenance contracts.
- Produce regular reports on the status and use of IT assets.
- Participate in budget planning for asset renewal and optimisation.
- Ensure the safe decommissioning and disposal of equipment, in accordance with safety and environmental standards.
- Provide first-level support to users (hardware, software, access and network incidents).
- Record, classify, prioritise and track tickets in the incident management tool.
- Diagnose and resolve common technical issues, and escalate them to higher-level teams.
- Ensure the installation and configuration of equipment and software for new users.
- Contribute to the drafting and updating of procedures and user guides.
- Maintain a high level of user satisfaction by ensuring fast, high-quality service.
- Participating in inclusion initiatives (e.g. Hidden Disabilities Sunflower project, for people with invisible disabilities).
- Participating in the integration of new employees
- Participating in waste sorting and energy saving through responsible behavior
Higher education diploma (BAC+2) or equivalent experience--Experience
3 years of experience in a similar role or in the IT domain.--Skills and knowledge required*IT Tools

- French: fluent spoken and written (C1 minimum)
- English: operational level in the business (B1 minimum) operational level in the business
- Good knowledge of Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and ticketing tools.
- Proactive approach to improving IT processes and tools.
- Valid permanent B driving licence
