We are looking for a French speaking IT Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, define specifications, and support development teams in delivering high-quality solutions.THE WORK:
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications.
  • Model business processes using BPMN and create UI mockups.
  • Document and validate REST APIs using Swagger (YAML/JSON Schema).
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Act as a key contact for functional issues, supporting users and technical teams.
  • Conduct testing, including writing test cases and preparing test data.

  • Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst, minimum of 5-7 years working in a role.
  • Established history of developing and managing strong relationships with senior stakeholders, product owners, and business users.
  • Solid experience in an Agile Scrum setting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and product owners.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with data modeling, XML/XSD, and JSON Schema.
  • Hands-on experience in business process modeling and writing clear business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Fluency in French, with a good level of English.
