To strengthen its corporate team, the firm is now seeking an experienced Associate.With offices in major European centers, the firm combines the resources of a top-tier institution with the collaborative spirit of a 50-person Luxembourg office. Ongoing training programs ensure continual skills development.The Corporate department advises an impressive roster of local and international clients on high-value transactions. In this role, you will work closely with senior lawyers and partners, contributing to complex matters while advancing your expertise.Your Responsibilities | Corporate M&A – Avocat – Legal – Transactions – Advisory
  • Advise a diverse client base on corporate and M&A matters, including cross-border restructurings, shareholder agreements, and regulatory aspects.
  • Draft, negotiate, and review corporate documentation in both local and international contexts.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable corporate law requirements and provide strategic input to complex transactions.
  • Coordinate with other internal departments and liaise with authorities and third parties such as notaries, service providers, and clients.
Profile and Career Path | Corporate M&A – Avocat – Legal – Transactions – Advisory
  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a lawyer in Corporate/M&A in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in both French and English; any other language is a plus.
  • You have a strong sense of initiative, are detail-oriented, and appreciate working on complex legal matters in a professional yet approachable setting.
