- Establishment of HR budgets and forecasts
- Record and interpret HR-related costs over time
- Prepare regular HR reports and forecasts for the management
- Execute organisational changes in the ERP system
- Be the contact person for the HR SAP consultant for continuous further development
- Report and follow up on complementary pension plans
- Close collaboration with colleagues in the SMS group for all HR Data related topics
- Be involved in upcoming ERP related projects.
- Secondary education or higher education
- 5 years of professional experience in a similar position would be an asset
- Excellent skills in MS Office like Excel and Access
- Very high level of analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to deal sensitively with confidential material
- Structured and conscientious way of working
- SAP experience is considered as an advantage
- Good level in English, German and/or French. Luxembourgish is considered as an advantage.
