The role requires strong project management skills, deep understanding of fund operations, and alignment with Luxembourg’s financial regulations, including DORA compliance.The successful applicant will work with international development and project teams. Experience working with Agile and DevOps methodologies would be preferable.Job Specification
  • Project & Delivery Management
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects across fund administration platforms (e.g., fund accounting, transfer agency, regulatory reporting).
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (internal and external) to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Technical Oversight
  • Serve as the technical liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
  • Oversee system integrations and data flows (e.g., between 3rd Party providers, asset managers, and regulatory bodies).
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with CSSF and DORA standards.
  • Work with the team in ensuring all reporting requirements are met and delivered.

  • Regulatory & Risk Alignment
  • Ensure all IT deliveries comply with Luxembourg’s regulatory
requirements, including:
  • DORA: ICT risk management, incident reporting, third-party oversight.
  • CSSF Circulars: 25/880 (ICT risk), 25/882 (outsourcing), 22/806 (business process outsourcing).
  • Maintain documentation and audit trails for regulatory inspections.
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Collaborate with Fund Operations Oversight, Compliance, Risk, and Legal teams, where required.
Engage with third-party vendors and service providers to ensure SLA
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through automation and digitalization.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and regulatory changes impacting fund administration.
Skills Required
  • 5+ years of experience in IT delivery within financial services, preferably fund administration or asset management.
  • Strong understanding of fund structures (UCITS, AIFs), NAV processes, and regulatory reporting.
  • Proven experience with Luxembourg regulatory frameworks.
  • Working Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Order Management systems (e.g., NX Manager).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehouse concepts.
  • Fluent communication skills in English – both written and verbally
Skills Desirable
  • Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or Project Management
  • Knowledge/experience working within Financial Services
  • Knowledge of cloud - Azure experience (Azure Certifications are advantageous)
