We are focused on empowering our clients to modernize their infrastructures with cutting-edge Cloud technologies and solutions.Description du posteWe're looking for a Senior Microsoft 365 Engineer to join our Cloud Services team. If you love creating, managing, and improving Microsoft cloud solutions that help our clients achieve their business goals while enjoying a vibrant work culture, then you've come to the right place!Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions such as Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Intune as well as on-premises infrastructure (Active Directory, Exchange Server, SCCM, etc.);
  • Lead and support migrations from on-premises environments to Microsoft 365 (e.g., Exchange to Exchange Online, file servers to SharePoint, AD to Entra ID sync, SCCM co-management);
  • Configure and manage identity, access, and compliance features across Microsoft 365 and hybrid environments, ensuring adherence to industry best practices;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues; provide ongoing operational support and performance tuning of Microsoft environments;
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs, gather requirements, and deliver tailored technical solutions;
  • Conduct training sessions, documentation, and knowledge sharing with IT teams and end-users to ensure long-term success of implemented solutions.
QualificationsExperience: 3-5 years of experience in Microsoft technologies, with a focus on Microsoft 365;Expertise/Skills:
  • Solid hands-on experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune;
  • Strong background in managing Active Directory, Exchange Server, SCCM, and related systems;
  • Experience with Entra ID Connect, ADFS, conditional access, MFA, and hybrid identity scenarios;
  • Understanding of Microsoft security and compliance features (Defender, Purview, Conditional Access, Intune, etc.).
  • Language: Fluency in English and French is mandatory.

  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-700, MS-500, MS-102, SC-300).
