The role also involves ongoing monitoring of the credit portfolio to maintain sound credit quality and identify early warning signals to mitigate potential losses.Responsibilities:Act as a senior Lending Officer for Wealth Management EMEA transactions booked in DB Luxembourg and, where applicable, other EMEA booking centers.Support and guide Relationship Managers on all credit-related matters, including assessing client needs and feasibility of proposed lending transactions.Structure new lending transactions that meet client objectives while adhering to risk and profitability standards.Manage the end-to-end credit approval process, including preparation of detailed credit reports, coordination with Risk Management and fulfilment of approval conditions.Oversee the legal documentation process, including term sheet drafting, coordination with external law firms and notaries, negotiation of facility and security documentation and execution through to closing and disbursement.Coordinate collateral valuation process with clients, internal specialists and external advisers.Maintain close oversight of the lending portfolio under responsibility, including covenant monitoring, insurance and valuations renewals and preparation of annual credit reviews.Support loan workout activities (as applicable).Drive lending relevant New Product Approvals (as applicable).Provide backup coverage for other team members during absences.Promote lending as a core pillar of the Wealth Management offering through client engagement, cross-selling initiatives, trainings / product presentations and platform enhancement projects.Skills:Minimum 5–8 years of experience in similar structured lending or credit risk roles, ideally in the wealth management business.Excellent English required; additional languages such are French or German are an advantage.Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Strong team player with ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.Works fast with utmost precision even under pressure, error-free and under own initiative.Self-motivated, positive, and open-minded with a strong desire for professional growth.Good interpersonal and communication skills.The successful candidate will be asked to present a recent criminal record.Well-being & Benefits:Emotionally and mentally balanced:
