Thanks to its high standards and longstanding expertise, the firm has developed a prestigious and loyal client base, including both local and international clients, who bring intellectually stimulating and diverse cases.Despite the dynamic and challenging nature of the work, the firm places strong emphasis on work-life balance, with lower-than-average billable hour targets. The management fosters a culture of trust and autonomy, which results in high flexibility regarding daily organization and case handling.Your Responsibilities | Law firm – Finance – Investment Funds – Regulatory - Attorney
  • You will be responsible for reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various legal documents, including agreements, contracts, legal opinions, and structuring/restructuring documentation.
  • You will supervise and support junior team members, providing guidance and training on key aspects of their work.
  • You will have the opportunity to actively participate in marketing and business development initiatives.
  • You will be involved in the regulatory aspects of investment funds as part of your day-to-day responsibilities.

  • You have at least 5 years of experience as a fund lawyer in Luxembourg, which enables you to quickly adapt and perform in your new environment.
  • You are fluent in both French and English, ensuring smooth and effective communication with clients and colleagues.
  • You are proactive and organized, which allows you to efficiently meet important deadlines and manage your workload.
  • You possess excellent communication skills, essential for building strong relationships with clients as well as fostering collaboration within your team.
