They will assist with the organisation of the IB DP programme, including communications with parents, students and faculty, ensuring that all deadlines are respected and all examination rules & regulations are respected.We are keen to attract applicants from diverse backgrounds, particularly those whose nationality, identity, gender or race is currently under-represented in international education.ISL is committed to safeguarding and prioritising the wellbeing of children and young people and expects all staff to share this commitment.Profile: (training, experience, skills and aptitudes necessary to do the job)● Knowledge of the IB DP programme strongly preferred;
● Familiarity with and understanding of external examination programmes and procedures;
● Proven ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
● Proven successful experience in detail orientated work and remaining calm under pressure.
● Strong organisational and time management skills;
● Excellent interpersonal skills, especially with students and their families;
● Experience with databases: school or student information systems (SIS) desirable
● Minimum of a secondary school diploma or equivalent, University diploma preferred;
● 2-3 years’ experience in similar administration work in a multi-cultural environment;
● Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office 365: Excel, Word, Outlook);
● Fluency in English (near native level) with working knowledge of German or French (Luxembourgish a plus);
● Understanding of and experience with individuals who are English Language Learners;Recruitment timeline:
