Change Manager (m/f)

• Consult and coach project teams;
• Support and engage senior leaders;
• Lead change management activities and drive change management at the organisational level;
• Create a strategy to support adoption of project changes;
• Integrate change management activities into project plans and drive change initiatives with the support of HR teams;
• Provide support to communication efforts: support the design, delivery and coordination.
• Assess change impact: conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders;
• Advise on training efforts: provide input and support the design of trainings in the context of transformation projects;
• Identify factors of resistance to change and implement remediation actions;
• Evaluate and ensure user readiness and acceptance;
• Define and measure metrics and monitor change progress.

• You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar position and hold a University degree or similar;
• You are fluent in both English and French;
• You have proven experience in defining and implementing strategies;
• You have a strong background in Project Management and Change Management;
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office;
• You are able to handle multiple and complex projects with a creative spirit and methodology;
• You are able to consider global perspectives to make recommendations for complex matters;
• You are able to liaise and operate effectively with people at all levels;
• You are a strategic and analytical thinker with great communication skills;
• You are service-minded and solution-oriented.
