Department purpose
Our International Capital Market practice covers the full range of capital markets products, with specialists in debt and equity capital markets, derivatives and structured finance, securitisation, agency and high yield.
Role purpose
We are currently looking for a Junior International Capital Markets Lawyer
Role and responsibilities

Key requirements:
You are currently preparing the bar exam in a EU jurisdiction; an LL.M. from an American or English university would be considered as an advantage
You have at least one year of experience in a law firm based in Luxembourg, gained in a banking department
You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French. German and Luxemburgish would be an asset
You have a passion for capital markets and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and client service are essential to our business and the business of our clients
