Senior R&T Project Support Officer

- Develop expert knowledge on national / international funding instruments or any other financial support for RDI activities
- Act as the main contact for the PI from the entire life cycle of the project.
- Advice the PI during the different steps of the project from definition to closing on all aspects (administrative, financial, project coordination)
- Guide PI to manage risks and issue ensuring timely resolution and mitigation. Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and obstacles that may impact project success.
- Contribute to the improvement of project management tools, reports, and project management in general.
- Advice on report project progress to stakeholders, including project status, budget updates, and risk assessments.
- Develop dashboards and database to better monitor the submission process and keys KPI for project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field. Project management certification is highly valued.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in support project management in a research environment.
- Advanced analytical, evaluative, and objective critical thinking skills.
- Demonstrated experience to support the management of a full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders, team members, and senior management.
- Have demonstrated autonomy and proficiency in the job.
- Perform analytical reporting: collect inf., analyse inf., write conclusions.
- Have successfully managed tasks in missions/projects of moderate size and scope.
- Have a strong client orientation.
- Good level both written and spoken English and French
