If you are motivated by purpose and inspired by collaboration, you will find an environment where your growth is nurtured and your contributions truly matter.Position OverviewWe are seeking for a dynamic professionalto join our Private Banking Team as a Private Banking Associate.By joining this role, you will be part of the unit who actively contributes to serving clients, delivers overall business goals, and act as a key point for day-to-day banking.Your key responsibilities will be:Accounts Management – Client Service
  • Acting as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients and dealing with day-to-day banking across the range of services and products within the Bank.
  • Responding in a timely and professional manner to client requests, owning task execution end to end, working pro-actively with Treasury, Dealing, Credit, Compliance operations to ensure delivery, resolve issues and reduce errors.
  • Keeping Private Bankers completely informed of interactions with clients and share any insights gained through client servicing.
  • Ensuring completeness and adequacy of documentation received by clients, maintaining clients’ files up to date, following up pending/expired documentation.
  • Performing general administrative tasks related to the Private Banking operations.
  • Processing client transactions (securities, transactions, forex, deposits, etc.)
  • Initiating credit limit applications and performs daily operations and transactions on clients' accounts.
  • Identifying areas of improvement and potential risks and contributing to the development of PB processes.
  • Participating in projects related to the department.
Sales Support
  • Assisting Private Bankers to develop sales pitches.
  • Assisting for the identification of target clients for particular products implement and executes our Investment Philosophy
  • Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge on financial-markets and Macro-economic analysis
RequirementsYou will be a great candidate if you:
  • Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the Banking sector.
  • Hold a bachelor degree in Banking, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Are an experienced user of Microsoft Office tools.
  • Have excellent command of English language, both spoken and written.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver information in a clear, concise and comprehensive manner, collaborative spirit, agility, and can-do attitude
  • Are able to work autonomously, have good analytical skills, judgment, commercial drive, presentation and communication skills, discretion.
  • MiFID II certification is a plus.
