  • You will be responsible for a portfolio composed of SPVs from constitution to dissolution, including:
  • Organizing board meetings and drafting board minutes.
  • Reviewing and drafting documents such as resolutions, agreements, and contracts.
  • Liaising with third parties such as lawyers, banks, and notaries.
Profile and Career Path | CoSec – Law – Legal – Corporate – Jurist
  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Corporate Officer in a similar environment in Luxembourg, such as a fiduciary, PFS, or asset manager.
  • To communicate efficiently with your interlocutors, you are fluent in English.
  • Having strong knowledge of law is essential to be efficient in this position. To demonstrate it, you have at least a Bachelor's degree in Law.
  • This position requires meeting numerous deadlines. To be successful, you are someone organized and proactive.
