Job DescriptionJob Description

Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and investor reporting packages, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Manage complex topics including carried interest, waterfalls, and profit distribution mechanisms across Private Equity and Real Estate structures.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their operational and strategic needs and delivering tailored, high-quality solutions.
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data consistency, process efficiency, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, sharing insights, and supporting the evolution of best practices.

Additional Skills & Experience Considered a Strong Asset

Experience working with Open-Ended and Hybrid fund structures.
Experience in capital hedging and portfolio management.
Knowledge of debt products, including loans and bonds.
Added value for candidates familiar with public loans managed through Allvue or WSO platforms.
Additional advantage for candidates with experience using Paxus.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Economics or Finance
ACCA is a great asset
4- 6 years Accounting experience mainly in Private Equity and Real Estate services
IFRS or Consolidation experience is a great asset
Languages : English - German and/or French is an advantage
