We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Compliance Executive to join our talented team in Luxembourg!At Invesco, you’ll be part of a global leader in investment management, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about upholding the highest regulatory standards. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop your expertise, and make a real impact from day one.As a key member of our Compliance team, you’ll support the Senior Compliance Manager and Head of Compliance in a variety of essential tasks.Your Responsibilities:Preparing reports for Conducting Officer meetings and Board presentationsAssisting with regulatory reporting and self-assessment questionnairesDrafting notifications and responses to the CSSFSupporting compliance monitoring activitiesEvaluating regulatory changes and their impact on our businessMaintaining compliance policies and documentation, and helping deliver trainingReviewing and escalating compliance breaches or incidentsManaging compliance logs and reportingResponding to internal queries and helping tailor compliance solutionsYou'll need to have:Some experience in the funds industry, ideally within a management companyBasic understanding of the regulatory environment for funds and asset managers in Luxembourg and the EUBachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experienceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Strong written and verbal communication skillsEagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-changing environmentHigh attention to detail and accuracyExcellent organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesAbility to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasksA collaborative team player with a positive, energetic attitudeFull Time / Part TimeFull timeWorker TypeEmployeeJob Exempt (Yes / No)NoWorkplace ModelPursuant to Invesco’s Workplace Policy, employees are expected to comply with the firm’s most current workplace model, which as of October 1, 2025, includes spending at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
