For our department HR Service Center within General Services, we are looking for a (an):HR Service Center Officer (m/f/x)Main duties:
  • Provide qualified and supportive guidance to employees on information requests, self-service transactions, workflow, and HR portals
  • Manage HR employee data entry, data clean-up and ensure the integrity of data on the appointed HRIS to meet quality control and performance metrics
  • Prepare and provide all documentation relating the employee life-cycle
  • Support end-to-end on- and off boarding process, participate to the employee experience and process improvement
  • Perform various tasks in the HR Service Center including but not limited to transversal trainings, employment check
  • Timekeeping monitoring for a wide scope of employees
  • Potentially participate in HR projects, support testing, distribution list requests, reporting, audits and information requests from Authorities, legal team and other HR functional partners
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive employee experience.
Required profile:Minimum required criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent work experience (2 years minimum)
  • Knowledge and experience with an HRIS, ideally SAP R3
  • Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills
  • Must have ability to effectively utilize MS Word and Excel
  • Act with attention to detail, delivering accurate work within timeframes and Service Level Agreements
  • Ability to handle tight deadlines and multi-tasking is a must
  • Show the capacity to work under pressure and deal with unforeseen and urgent issues
  • Be able to identify problem and be committed to action identified issues
  • Be able to handle highly confidential material on a continuous basis in an extremely professional manner
  • Be accurate, detail oriented and quality driven
  • Respect deadlines and demonstrate ownership.
  • Fluent in French and English (oral and written), Luxemburgish and German is considered as an asset.
Desired or to be acquired criteria:
  • Be familiar with the programs, Collective Agreements and specific procedures of a Human Resources Department
