We are looking for a passionate Junior IT Professional who is motivated to learn, contribute ideas, and take part in shaping our IT landscape. If that sounds like you - keep reading !Main responsibilities:
- Support the design, installation, and management of end-user hardware and software.
- Bring fresh ideas to improve and optimize our existing IT environment - and help turn those ideas into reality.
- Provide level 1 & 2 technical support to colleagues across the entire organization.
- Work closely within the IT team to maintain secure and reliable systems.
- Engage in an environment that values initiative, new perspectives, and creative thinking.
- Contribute to maintenance activities and hands-on technical projects across our full IT ecosystem.
- Help us explore and implement innovative technological solutions.Your Profile (required qualifications):
- Prior experience in the IT field (internships count!).
- A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Eagerness to learn and develop within IT infrastructure and architecture.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Analytical, structured, and detail‑oriented approach to work.
- Fluency in English is required, along with French and/or German. Additional languages are an asset.Your Skills:
- Basic knowledge of system administration (Windows Client - Windows Server and Linux are a plus).
- Basic understanding of network and security fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
- Any hands-on exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Basic knowledge of IT architecture
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to document technical topics.We Offer :
