- Own the end-to-end delivery cadence for the agentic procurement programme, from sprint planning through deployment and operational handover.
- Manage dependencies, risks and blockers across concurrent partner workstreams, escalating early and with proposed solutions.
- Drive partner performance against SLAs and contractual commitments. Hold partners to account on delivery quality, timelines and scope.
- Coordinate delivery governance across the Vodafone-Telenor JV, navigating multi-stakeholder decision-making across markets.
- Provide clear, honest delivery reporting to the Head of Agentic Procurement: no surprises, no optimism bias.
- Work with the AI Solution Engineer and Procurement AI Product Analyst to ensure technical validation and domain sign-off are embedded in the delivery process, not bolted on afterwards.
- Proven experience in technical programme management, ideally in multi-vendor or partner delivery models. You know how to get things delivered when you don't control the teams doing the work.
- Commercial awareness: SLA governance, partner performance management, contract compliance. You understand the commercial levers, not just the delivery mechanics.
- Strong risk and dependency management across concurrent workstreams. You see problems coming before they arrive in a status report.
- Technical literacy: able to engage meaningfully with engineering teams on delivery trade-offs, architecture dependencies and integration risks. You don't need to write code, but you need to understand what the engineers are telling you.
- Clear, direct communication. Comfortable delivering difficult messages to partners and stakeholders.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business or equivalent. Programme management certifications (e.g. PMP, MSP, SAFe) desirable.
- Experience managing AI, data or technology delivery programmes in enterprise or high-growth environments.
