Talent Acquisition & Training Intern – Human Resources (F/H)ING Luxembourg is currently recruiting 1 HR Intern for the position of Talent Acquisition and Training Intern. The internship is due to start in July 2024 for a minimum of 6 months.Your tasksThe intern will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department.The trainee will have the opportunity to work on subjects as varied as recruitment, onboarding, employee experience and training. Here's an overview of the different tasks proposed for this internship:Talent Acquisition :- Management of the recruitment process for the bank's trainees: creation of offers, CV screening, meetings with managers, making appointments, management of interviews;- Managing the onboarding of the bank's trainees and new employees: drawing up agreements, preparing new arrivals, integrating new employees, participate to the “welcome presentation” at the onboarding morning, etc ;- Handling various administrative tasks: sending out forms, receiving documents and updating employee files;- Management of various HR projects (Mobility Days, Forum, etc.).Training:- Participation in various training projects and meetings with service providers (trainers, coaches);- Follow-up of employee training via our platform (creation of training courses, registrations, management of attendance sheets);- Management of mandatory training courses for new recruits;- Daily processing of invoices, expense forms and follow-up of employee registrations;- Answering staff queries about training courses.Your profileSkills and behavior- Excellent sense of organization and rigor;- Good writing skills;- Good interpersonal skills;- Ability to work both as part of a team and independently;- Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Powerpoint, etc).Experience- University degree (Bac + 4/5) in business, economics, human sciences or law;- A first experience in Human Resources is an advantage.Languages- A perfect knowledge of French and a good command of English are required.Your working environmentING's mission is to give everyone the means to stay one step ahead in life and in business.
