To support our strong growth, we are now looking for an: HR Operations Manager (m/f) YOUR JOB : Your role is to provide first class advisory to clients as regards to their HR operations, payroll & benefits, time management or HRIS matters. You also assist clients in relation to social security and taxes subjects. You ensure that client’s operational processes are efficient and compliant with local regulations. You have an analytical and critical mind-set that enables you to spot processes inefficiencies and suggest solutions to solve them. As an experienced consultant, you also provide your expertise and assistance in order to help your teammates with their ongoing issues and missions. YOUR TALENTS : You have at least 10 years of professional work experience as a Compensation and Benefits Manager / HR Operations Manager internally in Luxembourg. You have a strong knowledge of Labour Law and Social Security in Luxembourg and you master HR operational processes. Experience in process optimisation and HRIS would be considered as a strong asset. You speak fluently English and have a good knowledge of at least one additional language being French, German or Luxembourgish. You are an active listener, able to understand the clients’ needs and suggest the best solutions to their challenges.
