- Develop and Build Client Relationships: serve as a trusted advisor to the Private Bank’s clients.
- Develop Client Solutions: understand how to deliver tailored, possibly global, solutions that address clients' unique investment, risk management, and financing/liquidity needs.
- Teamwork: help team members to acquire the experience necessary to establish credibility with clients and intermediaries. Work with other functions to deliver solutions and excellent client service.
- Build & Maintain Relationships with all Business Partners: maintain strong relationships with product partners and support functions across the Private Bank’s global hubs.
- Promote Integrity and Trust: understand and communicate the terms, risks and other critical parameters involved in various investment strategies.
- Proven experience in UHNW Private Banking or the institutional/corporate banking market, specifically covering the Nordics market.
- Demonstrated track record in relationship acquisition.
- Ability to drive complex transactions.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects of the private banking role; and to be able to diligence clients' businesses and sources of wealth.
- Extensive experience in selling new products, based on client needs.
- Experience in working on teams and influencing diverse resources and stakeholders.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) as well as either Swedish, Danish, Finnish or Norwegian language skills.
