This is an opportunity to join a strong organization within a young, dynamic and flexible work environment, with a real growth opportunities and immediately make an impact.As a Project Manager, you will work closely with product teams, security, operations teams and leadership to support DevSecOps transformation, streamline software delivery processes, and embed a culture of collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement.YOUR MISSION :
  • Coaching and mentoring, acting as a facilitator to development, security, operations, and leadership teams in adopting DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools,
  • Leading DevSecOps transformation initiatives, including cultural, process, and technical shifts,
  • Identifying bottlenecks in the software delivery process and recommend solutions,
  • Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared responsibility,
  • Acting as a bridge between development, security, and operations teams.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects in Agile context,
  • Proven experience in implementing DevOps and DevSecOps practices,
  • Knowledge of security integration into the software development lifecycle (SDLC),
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence teams, senior management, with experience in driving organizational change,
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills,
  • Ability to simplify complex security concepts for different audiences.
