- Coaching and mentoring, acting as a facilitator to development, security, operations, and leadership teams in adopting DevSecOps principles, practices, and tools,
- Leading DevSecOps transformation initiatives, including cultural, process, and technical shifts,
- Identifying bottlenecks in the software delivery process and recommend solutions,
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and shared responsibility,
- Acting as a bridge between development, security, and operations teams.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development projects in Agile context,
- Proven experience in implementing DevOps and DevSecOps practices,
- Knowledge of security integration into the software development lifecycle (SDLC),
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills to influence teams, senior management, with experience in driving organizational change,
- Strong communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills,
- Ability to simplify complex security concepts for different audiences.
