- Administer, configure and develop solutions within ServiceNow platform. Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM based on business requirements.
- Ensure the stability, performance and security of the platform. Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
- Automate workflows and processes.
- Work with an ITIL framework, supporting incident, change and problem management processes.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including BA, PM, IT Teams, Banking operations to ensure stability and enhancement of the system.
- Demonstrate good organizational, communication and writing skills. Keep up to date with the latest evolutions of the ServiceNow platform
- 3 years of work experience in a similar role. Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
- Strong IT Service Management ( ITSM ) and product/development experience. Familiar with ITIL processes such as Incident Management and Change Management.
- Good technical skills & willingness to keep up to date on technological advances.
- Previous experience in the Financial industry is highly appreciated. Strong analytical, problem solving skills.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good verbal/written communication in English is mandatory, any other language is considered as an advantage.
- Able to work on multiple items simultaneously, flexible in terms of afterhours support and planned weekend work.
