ispace Europe is looking for a highly motivated and talented Human Resources Specialist to join its team in Luxembourg. The HR Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day HR operations and ensuring HR operational efficiency and scalability of the Europe office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute employee lifecycle administration covering on-boarding, off-boarding, contract management, payroll input, employee data maintenance;
  • Act as primary contact for staff on any HR related queries;
  • Actively participate in the full recruitment cycle, including creating/updating job descriptions, analyzing job market, coordinating with recruiting services as needed, identifying candidates, performing HR screenings, and serving as a go-between for candidates and hiring managers;
  • Support development, execution, and communication of HR policies, programs/processes, and initiatives; Proactively identify and implement potential HR improvements and new approaches;
  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
  • Facilitate performance management process and support talent development and training needs
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues through coaching and advising; Lead thorough and objective investigations;
  • Contribute to promote team spirit and culture by monitoring morale, proactively engaging employees, organizing team-building activities, etc.
  • Work on special HR projects
  • Collect, analyze and ensure reporting (internal & HQ) of HR data
  • Collaborate with HQ and US subsidiary to ensure smooth and aligned operations as a global company
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources preferred
  • More than 5 years of experience in the HR field, ideally in MNCs
  • Strong working knowledge of employment law and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills both verbal and written
  • Fluent command of English and French
  • Proficiency with MS Office products and HRIS systems (Officient, etc.)
  • Process-oriented, organized, metrics-driven with an outstanding attention to detail
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
  • Ability to manage difficult situations, demonstrate solid judgment, and provide guidance on risk management
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team member in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
Preferred Requirements
  • Demonstrated success in problem-solving and ownership to resolve issues
  • Knowledge of recruitment software Lever or similar
  • Experience with an organization in the Aerospace industry is a plus
