  • You will be responsible for handling banking and finance matters, covering both transactional and regulatory aspects.
  • You will maintain direct contact with clients, advising them to foster long-term, trust-based relationships.
  • You will review, draft, and negotiate legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and legal opinions.
  • You will conduct legal monitoring to stay up to date with new regulations and ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.
Profile and Career Path | Finance – Attorney – Law firm – Banking – Law
  • You have at least 2 years of experience as a Banking & Finance lawyer within a law firm in Luxembourg, which will ease your integration into the team.
  • Fluency in French and English is essential to ensure effective communication with clients, colleagues, and third parties. German is considered an asset.
  • You are recognized for your proactive and organized approach, allowing you to meet deadlines efficiently.
  • While you are a strong team player, you are also capable of working independently.

  • You will earn a salary of up to €110,000 gross per year, offering you a comfortable standard of living.
