- Receive IT projects from various plants in Luxembourg based on business and industrial needs.
- Define the complete project scope, objectives, key teams, necessary resources, and budget.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to create Project Initiation Documents (PIDs).
- Validate PIDs with both business and IT stakeholders.
- Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate project activities and dependencies across multiple teams and departments.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to project management methodologies.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed.
- Generate regular status reports and dashboards to communicate project performance to stakeholders.
- Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
- Customize and manage the Jira tool to support the entire project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management tools and methodologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to share and track projects within the Jira system.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between project teams (IT, business, subcontractors).
- Address team concerns and provide timely updates on project status and milestones.
- Identify opportunities to streamline project management processes and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of best practices and standards within the PMO.
- Master's degree in project management, information technology, engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Previous experience in project coordination or management, preferably in an IT environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies & knowledge of various project management techniques.
- Strong IT skills; experience with the Jira tool is an advantage.
